Caravan Pitch

• Shady plots, delimited by trees and with electicity included (6A).
• You can choose the camping area you prefer depending on availability.
• One plot per family (maximum 6 persons).
• Only small and medium sized dog breeds are allowed (maximum 25 kg) (maximum 2 per plot).
• The so-called dangerous dog breeds and their cross-breeds are not allowed.

• The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation.
• Seven days before arrival, the customer will receive by email a link to complete ONLINE CHECK-IN and pay the balance of the stay. For accommodation, a deposit of €100.00 will be added (refundable on the day of departure).
• If ONLINE CHECK-IN could not be completed, the entire stay must be paid on the day of arrival at reception
• If on the day of arrival it turns out that the contact details of the occupants of the accommodation or pitch do not correspond to those indicated in the reservation, the campsite may cancel the reservation.
• Reservations are for a family unit. Groups are not accepted.
• Reservations or stays of minors are not accepted without the presence of their parents or legal guardian for the entire duration of their stay.
• Any reservation modification must be requested by email. No changes will be accepted 14 days before the arrival date. Changes to dates or accommodation will be subject to availability. In case of changes of people, the reservations department will confirm by email whether this is possible or not. Any modification will incur an additional cost of €10.00.
• Changes of accompanying persons are not permitted either at check-in (online or at reception) or during the stay. Accompanying persons will be billed for the entire duration of the stay.
• In the event of delayed arrival or early departure, no reduction will be applied on the amount of the initial stay. In the event that the customer must postpone the arrival date, only a written message by e-mail will be accepted (maximum 24 hours before the arrival date).
• If the accommodation or pitch is not occupied on the scheduled day, the reservation will be automatically canceled the next day from 12:00 p.m.
• The campsite management will be the one who will allocate the accommodation or pitch, but the customer can indicate their preference when making the reservation request. It will be taken into account, but cannot be confirmed.
• The campsite cannot guarantee shade, even if the customer requests it at the time of booking.
• The customer has the obligation to respect the internal regulations of the campsite.

• Arrival time: from 1:00 p.m.
• Exit time: before 12:00 p.m. If the pitch is vacated after the indicated departure time, a supplement will be charged. This does not entitle the guest to stay until the end of the day or the next day.
• Pitches are for a maximum of 6 people from the same family unit (including children and babies) and for a tent or caravan or van or camper van. It is prohibited to install another tent or caravan or van on the same pitch for another family unit, even if the total number of 6 people is not exceeded.
• The customer cannot change location without prior authorization from reception.
• Only one city car (tent or caravan reservations) is authorized and it must be parked in the same pitch. It is prohibited to park in another pitch even if it is free.
• It is not permitted to leave the tent / caravan / motorhome / van unoccupied. If the customer leaves the campsite, but the pitch continues to be occupied, the price of the pitch (including two people) will be charged. The location price cannot be changed.
• Only small and medium-sized dogs (maximum 25 kg) are accepted provided they do not represent any danger to other campers (maximum 2 per pitch). Customers with dogs must respect the campsite regulations and, to be able to access the campsite, it is obligatory to present the up-to-date vaccination record and current insurance on the day of entry.
• Dogs of breeds considered dangerous and their crosses are not allowed: American Staffordshire terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Pit-bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Doberman, Presa Canario (Canary Mastiff), Bull-Terrier, Fila Brasileiro, Bullmastiff, Dogue de Bordeaux, Neapolitan Mastiff, Tosa Inu, Akita Inu.

Reservation cancellation:

Cancellations by telephone are not accepted. It is obligatory to make the request by email and with the same email address indicated on the reservation request:

• More than 42 days before the arrival date: refund of 80% of the deposit*
• between 42 and 14 days before the arrival date: refund of 50% of the deposit*
• less than 14 days before the arrival date: the deposit is not refunded

*€15.00 management fees will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.

To avoid possible mishaps, it is recommended to take out cancellation insurance.
