• Your reservation will be confirmed when we receive the deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation ( maximum € 475)
• The week before arrival the client will receive by e-mail a link to make the CHECK-IN ONLINE and the remaining payment of the stay
• For reservations less than 6 days in advance, full payment of the stay will be made through online check-in
• The advance payment of the stay will be requested in those cases in which it has not been previously made.
• The deposit of 100.00 Euros will be made for any damage that may be suffered to the accommodation or the state of cleanliness * in which it was at the end of the stay. The client can request the final cleaning for the additional amount of 40 €.
• The inventory check will be carried out before 11:00 am on the day of departure (12:00 pm in low season) * the accommodation will be left clean as it was delivered with the kitchen, fridge and clean crockery, rubbish bins shots, bedding collected and beds as found.
• If you do not arrive the planned date, we will keep the mobil-home till the following day until 12:00h (noon), after that the booking will be cancelled.
• The customer can request by e-mail to keep the booking in case of change of the arrival date (maximum 24hrs before your arrival date). However, if for any reason the duration of the stay is shortened (late arrival or early departure), no reduction will be applied on initial amount of the stay.
• In high season, booking per weeks: Sunday-Sunday or according to the current availability on our website.
• The campsite cannot guarantee shadow, even if the customer explicitly asks for it when booking.
• Arrival day: from 17:00 h to 20:00h
• Departure day: before 11:00h. (in low season before 12:00h). In case of leaving the accommodation after the stipulated departure time, the customer will be charged an extra day. In low season, subject to availability, the optional late check-out service is offered (check-out before 6pm). Please inform you at the reception on the day of departure.
• There is one parking-area to park the car.
• Pets are not allowed.
• It is not permited a superior number of people (included children and babies) over the appropiate for the accommodation.
• We don’t accept any booking made by minors (under 18 years old).
• We cannot designate a specific accommodation number in the reservation. The campsite manager will assign it, but the client can request a written preference subject to availability.

Cancellation:

• Always communicated by e-mail* **
• More than 42 days in advance: return 80% deposit.
• More than 14 days in advance: return 50% deposit.
• Less than 14 days: lose 100% deposit.

*The addicional amount of € 15 will be applied for each cancellation (non-refundable)
