  • Arrival time: between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. If arrival is after 8:00 p.m., you must notify the campsite reception.
  • Exit time: before 11:00 a.m. (in low season, before 12:00 p.m.). If the guest leaves the accommodation after the indicated departure time, a supplement will be charged. This does not entitle the guest to stay until the end of the day or the next day. In low season, and subject to availability, the late check-out service is offered (departure from the accommodation before 7:00 p.m.). Information available at reception on the day of departure (rates and availability).
  • Camping King´s reserves the right to store the TOKEN of the customer’s credit card (TOKEN: a value that securely represents the card details, allowing the payment to be completed without exposing this information). This allows us to cover possible damages caused by the client or non-compliance with the cleaning conditions. At the end of the stay, our staff will inspect the accommodation. If everything is in order, the token will not be used. If you haven’t made any online payments (deposit or online check-in), the €100 deposit will be charged by credit card upon arrival at the campsite.
  • On the day of departure, the accommodation must be in the same condition as on arrival, clean and tidy. The customer can request end-of-stay cleaning (according to the current rate).A number of people (including children and babies) greater than the maximum capacity indicated for each type of accommodation is not authorized for safety reasons.
  • Animals are not allowed.
  • Only one city car is authorized. The car must be parked in the parking lot allocated by the campsite. It is prohibited to park in a pitch even if it is free.
